There are many “Contact Form” plugins available for WordPress, today I installed Contact Form 7 here’s the description from the install page.
“Contact Form 7 can manage multiple contact forms, plus you can customize the form and the mail contents flexibly with simple markup. The form supports Ajax-powered submitting, CAPTCHA, Akismet spam filtering and so on.”

Removed that contact form, will add a new one soon, with captcha and more security.
